The Santa Claus Hat is in the Snow Forts (as if you didn’t already know. That’s where they usually hide items like that.)
And also does anyone know where the Red and Green Scarf is? I haven’t happened to find it anywhere. Updates later.

Update: The red and green scarf, I was notified, was released early and then taken away. They are now, however, in the Ski Village.
